Safety Network is a membership-based community platform designed to support professionals during career transitions. It is not insurance and is not a financial guarantee system. Membership provides access to a community of contributors and the ability to submit support requests when eligible.
Members contribute monthly based on their selected membership tier. These contributions fund the broader member community and are used to fulfill eligible support requests. Contributions are not refundable once submitted and do not accrue as personal savings.
Members who meet eligibility requirements may submit support requests within the range defined by their membership tier. Support is funded by community contributions and is not guaranteed. The availability of support depends on community participation and the volume of active requests at the time of submission.
Membership is available only to professionals who are actively employed at the time of enrollment. Contract roles or roles with fixed end dates are not eligible. Members must maintain good standing and consistent contribution history to retain full access to support benefits. Providing false or misleading information during enrollment may result in removal from the platform.
Members may upgrade their tier subject to contribution history and eligibility timing rules. Downgrade and cancellation options are available through account settings. Eligibility timing for upgraded benefits depends on contribution standing at the time of the change request.
Membership remains active through the end of the current commitment term. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal after the term ends. Members who cancel remain eligible for support through the end of their active term, subject to standard eligibility rules.
Safety Network may update membership rules, eligibility criteria, or platform features over time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued membership after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Safety Network does not guarantee the fulfillment of any support request. No insurance relationship is created by membership. Safety Network is not a licensed financial services provider, and contributions do not constitute premiums, deposits, or investments. Support outcomes depend on community participation and are never guaranteed.
